Dear HAND families and friends,

As we approach October, National Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month, we’d like to warmly invite you to our annual Service of Remembrance on Sunday, October 6, 2024 from 10am to 1pm.

All parents, families and friends are welcome to join us at the serene Miwok Picnic Shelter in Huddart Park in Woodside for a day to honor all our babies. This year’s service will include live music, poems and readings read aloud by parents, and a printed program booklet. We encourage you to share pictures, poems and letters, and your babies’ names, to be included in the program and read aloud during the service. We will also host a memorial table to display families’ pictures and mementos. If you would like to participate, please bring an item that is meaningful to you to display during the service.

Click here to RSVP and submit babies’ names, images, and readings for the printed program. Submissions of images and readings MUST be received by Sunday August 25th to be included in the printed program. We will continue to accept babies’ names through September 18th.
